Ok as far as we can tell I've slipped a disc in my back.....yay, oh for joy and agony......

Well last couple of days have been all over the place....I've cleaned lots, my room, the study, Jals room (why I had a sudden urge to clean his room I'll never know.... and spent all my time with Jal and at school and with the play.

Well g2g, my backs bad and I wanna go to bed...
